I love grilled vegetables, they are easy to prepare and taste great! I especially love Grilled Asparagus, I think it is one of the easiest to prepare and cook. If you are a fan of asparagus but have never tried it grilled you are definitely in for a treat. This is a very simple and quick recipe to follow.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic – diced
- 1 tbs thyme
First, rinse and then trim the hard end off of the asparagus. In a small bowl combine the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, diced garlic, and thyme. Take a basting brush and brush the asparagus with the oil mix. Heat up your outdoor or indoor grill to medium heat. If using an outdoor grill, I would recommend using a vegetable grilling basket or tray so that the asparagus doesn’t fall through the grates.
