A Little Gratitude

November typically is the month that people on social media start posting what they are grateful for. Some people try to post something new every day of the month. It seems like a logical month to do this as we Americans prepare for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.

I may not post every day, but I try to think of something every day that I am grateful for. I am trying to take time each day, not just this month, to reflect on the positive things in my life. I think the more often we do this, the more likely we are to continue to move in a more positive direction in our lives.

Today, I will start with the fact that I am grateful for my family and friends, old and new. For life experiences, both good and bad. Our experiences help to shape our lives.

What are you grateful for?

Enjoy your night,
Cheri
