The Mountains are Calling…

In December we bought a house and moved from Methuen, MA to Winchester, NH. Now that the weather is getting nicer and Spring has finally Sprung I am looking to get back into hiking with the family.

I know I can check out the NH Mountains website, as well as others, but I am looking for input from people who go hiking with their kids in New England.

What mountains or trails do you enjoy going to?

What are the best places to begin?

Our kids’ age range is 8 to teens. I would definitely love to hear about your experiences.

What have you found are must-haves for hiking?
